Return a faulty tv

I'm so disappointed at makro I bought skyworth 50"smart Qled Google TV online on 8 April 2026 and delivered on 9 April 2026 when I check the tv it has faulty of poor quality pictures, disclouration and blurry. I tried to call their call center and email them with no resolution, no communication they will tell you that they are escalating to the store or just cut the call. I even tried to call direct the store but they just cut the call until today 23 April 2026. I'm so frustrated now don't know what to do.
