RETURN

I bought a defy deep freezer at Makro, I realized after the delivery that it's too big then I logged the return. On the 26th of January I was told that the driver will come and collect the fridge. It's the 4th of February today and I am still waiting for the driver. I'm calling Makro online almost everyday but I'm not assisted, they all say the same thing whenever I call. I was given the store contact details yesterday (Makro Springfield Springpark) to call them and I did. Whoever that was assisting me promised to contact me back and he never did. I called the store again today I just came across very rude staff. Whatever that they're up to is extremely annoying, I just want them to come and collect their fridge that's it.
