Makro I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received. I purchased a gas stove, but it arrived as a very small gas stove same size as a 2plate stove which online shows as a catering stove big size. I submitted a return request on January 24th, and yet, here we are 15 days later with no communication or resolution. The marketplace department has not picked up the item, and no one has informed me of any reasons for the delay. I was told that, since it’s an "online-only product," it would need to be picked up, but it’s still here with no updates. This lack of response is incredibly frustrating, and I am very dissatisfied with how this is being handled. ( from BSL Company)
