Return

I am appalled at how Makro has handled my return query. I got the product on the 6th of January and filed the return on the 8th of January. I have been since calling Makro to enquire about my refund and I am told that they are still waiting on the 3rd party to review the product. I have called Makro countless times only to be told that it’s been escalated. Every time I ask for a manager, I’m put on hold till the call goes off. Whatever South Africans do, please do not order online from Makro because you will be left disappointed and inconvenienced if it happens that you return the product. The incompetence I have come across is truly disgusting!
