I was doing my shopping at Makro like usual and I went to pay at till number 32 . where the lady assisted me, since I was with a friend he asked me how one obtains a Makro card and I explained to him the best way I know how and out of the blue this cashier enterupts us and goes like\ oh is that so?' And I am like lady if you know better just say so instead of giving me attitude and so forth and she still continues and I tell her I don't like the way you ate talking to me and you don't even know me for that matter...she then continues to make silly and stupid remarks and I tell her I am actually offended by your comment and she tells me she does not care. I am very upset right now and ****ed . if Makro does not teach or educate their stuff on how to behave and treat customers in a respectful manner then the are not supposed to operate. This is the violation of the TCF . I do not think I will be shopping there ever again. I felt like she was even doing me a favor cause she had an attitude even when packing my goods she was throwing them in the trolley. Who the hell does she think she is. She doesn't know me nor am I her friend...I felt humiliated and disgusted all at once...hell....."
