Requesting a refund from Makro since 2022

Hello Peter. I have been waiting for my refund at Makro since 2022 Aug. I mistakenly ordered a samsung HD tv at Makro for R3999 instead of a smart Skyworth TV. Same day i purchased a smarttv since it was on promotion and canceled the Samsung HD tv order and requested a refund. Till date no communication from Makro, i have been to the store at Makro woodmead by the online purchasing offices. Even on their online page, the order is still placed. I need my refund. I’m so much disappointed with the service I got. Someone advised me to write my review here for assistance
