Requested Refund- No Response
I purchased an online order from Makro on 4 May. The items were never delivered after 6 days. The order total was R600.85. I then requested a refund. A total of 3 items: 2 x dog food and 1 x chocolate. I cancelled the whole order. The call center agent only cancelled the chocolate of R40. I've called numerous times trying to recover my outstanding R559.90. Since 4 May, I have not had any feedback or correspondence from Makro. Please refund my money. (OD434320****0729****)
