Request to cancel order Mak***

I placed an online order on the 1st of December and delivery was supposed to be on the 3rd of December. I didn't get any update regarding my order.

I made a call today to the call center and I was told I will only receive the order on the 10th of Dec. No feedback was received since the 1st of December. I order for 3900.00 and no one bothered to give me an update with regards to the order.

Beyond disappointing service. I want to be refunded as soon as possible so that I can order those items from other shops that will actually take the customers seriously. Poor service indeed.

I was told I will get my refund after 2 weeks. Why would it take 2 weeks when the service is so poor and I paid immediately. 😕
