Request for refund outstanding since 12/2019

Refer to: PICKUP MDN No. 19/42032 (Makro Cape Gate) I logged my initial issue Dec 2022 already. The toaster was picked up on 07/02/2023 for refund. I've been emailing the Helpdesk with NO RESPONSE at all. The toaster has a warranty of 1 year and I want a full refund.
