Request for 2 Year Collect and Repair guarantee invoice on Dell Inspiron 3580 i5 Laptop ignored.

On the 15th of January I spoke to Sivuyile Seyothilla regarding my Dell Inspiron 3580 i5 Laptop I bought in November 2019. On Makro's website it shows the Laptop comes with a 2 Year Collect and Repair guarantee. I also did confirm that with the sales person. My invoice I received from Makro doesn't state or show the 2 years. Sivuyile did confirm the Laptop comes with a 2 year guarantee. I then requested a new Invoice that shows the 2 years guarantee. Sivuyile said she will contact the Head Office, but since then I did not heard anything back and my emails are now ignored. I really feel asking for an invoice showing 2 years are not asking to much, and will give me more piece of mind that it something does go wrong, their won't be any issues later.
