Replacement of chair

I had difficulty assembling a chair I bought from Makro, Wonderboom. In terms of their policy replacements/refunds will be done if the article is brought back within 7 days. I live close to Thabazimbi and a round trip (the road that I travel) would be in the region of 300 km. I called in and was later directed to Nicolas who went the extra mile and arranged that a replacement chair be assembled at the branch, and delivered almost to my front door!<br> <br> My appreciation to Nicolas, the manager taking charge of the situation
