Repeated Order Cancellations, Misleading Tracking & Unacceptable Refund Delays

I am very disappointed with my recent experiences purchasing from your online store. This is the second time I’ve placed an order for an item that was advertised as available, only to have the order canceled due to "no supply." If the item is not in stock, it should not be advertised as such.

What’s more frustrating is that I now have to wait 7–14 working days for a refund — despite the fact that the cancellation was not my fault. Holding onto customers’ money for that long after canceling an order on your end is simply not acceptable.

Additionally, your order tracking system is misleading. It initially indicated a delivery date, but it turns out the order had not even been processed. This creates confusion and erodes trust.

I hope you will address these issues seriously. Better inventory management, accurate tracking information, and faster refunds are not optional — they are basic expectations for online commerce today
