Repeat Offenders Makro - Terrible online Order experience.

Shopping online with Makro is a consistent problem ... items get cancelled, no refunds, no proper followups ... they're a mess.

I am waiting since October for a refund ... not the first time this has happend to me.

Hope someone from Makro reads this and can resolve the issue asap.
