My complaint has still not been resolved . The invertor that I got back after repairs have been done to it is in a terrible state ,I took pictures and showed them there's even a company sticker on the invertor I received. My invertor that I took back to them after about a month after I purchased it is still new without a scratch ,and I got 1 back full of scratches and even a dent on it. Phumzile a store manager at MAKRO advised they will check with their supplier and get back to me ,I,M still waiting,seems like one to take responsibility,I went to their store plenty time to resolve the issue.
