Repairs Makro Silver Lake

The incompetence of Makro Silver lakes, disgusting I took it upon my self and delivered my fridge that was booked for repairs on the 29:08:2024. The technician didn’t come to fix it instead I was the one busy calling and trying to make arrangements, on the 13:09:2024 I dropped my fridge at the shop, then a week later Kate calls then ask did the technician come I said no! The fridge is at the shop, then she proceeded to say the technician doesn’t pick the phone so the shop will give you a credit note but the technician will have to bring back the fridge to the shop but Makro gave the fridge to the technician with out telling me.
