Repaired machine. Then I ended up getting a new washing machine.
We bought a washing almost 3 years ago. I did not have the slip or the Makro card anymore. I told the lady then see asked me if I can see any serial numbers got a serial number and she traced it. She then told me that see will send someone to me to test the machine. They came. Tested told me that they will have to order the part. A few days later Makro called me telling me that they cant source this part. But they will give me a voucher for the full amount of the machine so that I can come and buy a new one. Wow that service was amazing. Did not fuzz about it. I
