Repair quotation
I gave an appliance for repairs. A lady called to say they quoted me x amount and i need to approve for the repair to be done. But no one has sent me a quotation and when I call to ask what the amount is and how do I pay it then they don't know what to do. This is ridiculous. Surely you have a better system than this.
