Repair Item Still Not Working

<p>I bought Russell Hobbs combo deal (kettel, toast and George Foreman Grill) a month or so after using the kettle it stopped boiling it kinda just switches off halfway through.</p> <p>I sent it back to Makro for them to repair whatever the problem was, they called me to collect it a week later claiming it was fixed ''apparently they changed the element'' </p> <p>As soon as i get home the stupid kettle wouldn't even switch on this time around.</p> <p>I am seriously dissapointed with (Makro / Russel Hobbs) </p>

Hi Mbali Thanks for taking the time to respond to my complaint. I returned the faulty Russell Hobbs Combo to Makro - Alberton then they gave me a voucher. 6 months afterwards i decided to give Russell Hobbs another chance hoping i will not get another faulty kettle. This time around i only bought the kettle and a toaster, guess what happened two months after the purchase?? . . . Yes you guessed it ( THE KETTLE STOPPED WORKING) So here is what i think Russell Hobbs Kettles are either counterfeit products all together or MAKRO is buying counterfeit Russell Hobbs products. There are some very very cheap brands that lasts for years without problems, Russell Hobbs Kettles cant even last 3 months, clearly there is a BIG problem. Consumers buy products to use not to return after 2 months . I don't have time to be coming to Makro to buy a product only to return again after 2 months for a refund. Get your act together and sort out this Russell Hobbs problems because even your repair guys told me that they get a lot of Russell Hobbs products returned for faults than any other brand. The price we pay for this "BRAND' is too much considering the problems that comes with it.
