repair center in VAAL is useless

I booked in a petrol trimmer on 23/01/2020 At 09:02:56 got an SMS to say the product has been booked in with my JOB number, and that was the last. I need to call the store to ask for feedback, and the only words I get is "I will call the supplier and get feedback." that is where it ends. NO call from them to tell you how far your product is until you, the client call in again. but they advertise in the repairs section of the shop that THEY, the store will keep you up to date with the process. Does no company PRIDE in CUSTOMER SERVICES , Any more, no wonder the world is where it is.
