Reneging on 2-year Guarantee
We bought a Bennet-Read Hydro Compact Filtration Vacuum cleaner on 1 September 2014. <br> Clearly printed on the packaging is a 2-year guarantee label. This is clearly stated on the [URL Removed] website too.<br> There is no specification as to what part of the system is under 2-year guarantee as there are no \ **Terms and Conditions apply"statements.<br> <br> When we returned the item on 13 September 2015"
