Rejected refund

Since I purchased two iPhone 11 pro with Makro value R18990.00. Order number OD*** the phone were delivered I then opened one cellphone leaving other one still sealed in the box and notice that the one I opened it does not take two SIM card. I then initiate the return on the 21 March 2025. The phone were collected but courier guy company. And I was told that the refund will be done before 08 April 2025.

After the date of refund passed I called Makro to know why they did not refunded me they told me that they are waiting for the supplier to give them feedback hence the supplier rejected the refund.

Am calling Makro Store since then 10th of April 2025 since now I did not get any relevant answer and the phones are still with them or their supplier.
