Rejected but owed refund!!

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the *****ulent advertising and appalling customer service I have experienced regarding my purchase of a TCL 2-in-1 washer and dryer. The machine was falsely advertised as having a drying function, yet upon unboxing it a day after delivery, I discovered there was no dryer option. I immediately filed for a return and refund the following morning, yet despite my continuous follow-ups, the return was only processed a month later—an unacceptable delay on your part. After waiting another agonizing week and three days with no refund, I was shocked to receive an email stating that my return had been rejected. This is blatant dishonesty and an attempt to withhold my money despite your clear misrepresentation of the product. I demand my full refund immediately—there is no justification for further delays. Your lack of accountability and failure to honor a legitimate return request is completely unacceptable, and I will escalate this matter if my refund is not processed without further excuses.
