Last December 2025, I returned my online purchase for a refund, and I was promised a refund by January 26th, 2026. Makro called and emailed me that same day to let me know they were struggling to pay my account and that I needed to provide a bank statement along with other paperwork, which I did. I was once more assured that I will receive my reimbur*****t in five to seven business days. But I haven't received my return yet on the 20 February 2026.
