Refusing to pay R1000 extended warranty money.

I bought Midea washing machine at Makro Germiston in June 2022 and I paid R1000 for extend warranty. Unfortunately within three months the machine was not working. I reported that to the store and I received a call to come to the store and get another machine with the exact money I paid for the first one. Then I took Hisense washing machine 18kg.Hisense has four years warranty. I communicated with the people that were helping me that I need my R1000 back or they can transfer the money to my bill but they have never done that. It is a year now without them paying my R1000. I am very disappointed at their service and I even regret going there.If you feel the pain of returning my money back to me, why don't you transfer it to my debt.
