Refusing to give me my refund after makro cancelled my order

I am very disappointed with the way Makro is handling my refund issues is like they don't want to give me my money they are ignoring my emails when I call the customer service call center they make me to hold the phone for more than 54 minutes saying they are referring me to the manager and end up hanging the call on me, I called more than 33 times but always they hang the phone on me is like they train their consultants to hang calls on customers. I placed this order on the 18 May, They cancelled it claiming they are out of stock but yet they don't say anything about refunding me I had to call and send them emails so I can get my refund. But to this date of the 4th july I have to received any refund no feedback. I really don't know what to do I feel very abused by Makro
