refused to help with price said she is nt packer

I went to makro yesterday to buy a cot comforter and few things as my my due date is just in few days, because of my heavily pregnancy I decided to pay at cellphone counter where there is no long queue, I had only few items while they are busy scanning prices u realize one had price increased and I make them aware the cashier call her supervisor velaphi to bring bar code for them to fix it she came to us and said if you really want this item go and fetch the price so that I will change and I look at her and said you sound as if I'm the one put wrong price can you please sort it because she was rude to me and she left us there without changing prices and when she said please cancel this transaction and help other customers as I don't have time for me I was angry a person who is a supervisor who doesn't know to treat customers well, the cashier call her manager Nell Badernhorst who went fetch price without even asking lot of question I mean really who do she think she is that make her behave like that to customers I'm really ****ed off
