REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR PRODUCT I DID NOT RECEIVE

Placed order on Makro with order number: MAK*** on 15 AUGUST. Delivery scheduled for 21 AUGUST. I call in and they say sorry don't have the product in stock. Refund will be processed. 16 days later and still no feedback and no refund. I have to call to get feedback, regardless no feedback, and the feedback that they can give is that it is sent to finance department for refund.

So what you are telling me thanks for your money that we will never give back to you. YOU ARE glorified ****MERS!!!!!
