Refurbished laptop sold as new

Following my unfortunate experience with Makro online. I have no pleasure in getting the desired response, I then contacted the “third party” using the details provided by courier guy & a pakistan speaking person answered the phone and referred me to someone else, they said they have been waiting for makro to respond as to what is the issue with the laptop. Honestly, makro online is the bottom of the pits and I highly do not recommend anyone to waster their time and money ordering from them. I was really hoping I would be refunded the money I paid however by the look of things and how makro just doesn’t care about its customers, I do not see anything happen.
