Refunds

I ordered a product online. The next day I received an SMS advising that the order was cancelled. I only received a refund for the product cost, but not for the delivery fee.

I logged a call with them and it keeps getting closed with the same resolution that I was refunded.

I called customer services today and was told that delivery fees are NEVER refunded - what a rip-off!

I have paid for something that was not delivered!
