Refunds

I had settled my account on the 28th March 2025. They deducted my account after the payment with R2085.. I called on the 2nd of April. 1st they could not found the payment but they had made debited my account. Then money was found, I requested the overpayment according to them amounting R1974.04 to be paid back to me. They rather send messages saying that i have a credit to come and buy, i don't want to purchase anything i want my refund i gave them the requested proof of where they had deducted and my banking details. Because they wanted it.

I had been calling every 2nd day and everytime you call they say you can only communicate with the refunds department by email. And everytime you call refunds is between 7-14 days. Tomorrow will be day 14 and still no response about my refund. If you owe them they will call you everyday every 5 minutes . I want my overpaid money and the account needs to be closed, will never buy from them again. The experience and communication is so bad and the call centre people are trained to be rude with you and not helpfully.
