Refund/Exchange of Beverage Item

I've recently ordered 72 x Chateau last time whereby I've let Makro know that the said drinks are reaching their expiry date this week on Friday. I have been asking for an exchange or a refund for a week now and no one is willing to assist, when I call they keep transferring me from one department to the other with no one willing to assist.

I am really ****ed off at their bad service at the moment.
