Refund update

I bought a laptop online from Makro which was sold by a third party “rugged SA” the quality was absolutely nonsense and I logged for a return the very next day. On the 19th of February they had collected my item and till this day I have gotten absolutely no feedback. The customer service from Makro is pathetic, I have sent emails for this and no one has gotten back to me.
