Refund unpaid 25 days later

I paced an order on the 26th of June, they then cancelled some items and out of 5, only 4 have been refunded.

When I follow up I was told to contact RCS whereas I don’t have an account with them, I used my debit card. I called them and was not assisted still. They transferred the call to Makro which I stayed on the line for over an hour with no assistance.

They take me from pillar to post each time I inquire 😭😭😭
