Refund transactions with-hold to be done

2 outstanding credit notes not done on my Makro MAK***, after numerous requests.

1. R150 credit on 20 Feb 2023

2. R461.96 credit on 22 Feb 2023

None of credits shows on my Payflex, numerous requests was done and none shows on Payflex until today.

Strange the R150 was on the same day as 2 other credits, all due to Makro that has NO STOCK, online available, pathetic.

Also, delivering 1-online-order, that's delivered in 6-phases, never heard of such a online order delivery.

REMEMBER, CREDIT STILL OUTSTANDING ON PAYFLEX
