Refund terrible service

I placed an order online 18 March for plastic slushy cups. 2 sets of 1000. When I finally received my order, I only received 500 of each. When trying to sort it out, I was told to log a return as they cannot just send me the rest of my order.

I logged the return of my order that was all collected on 23 April 2025. Thus far I have only been credited for 1 of the sets.

I have not been credited for the second set. This was collected along with the other set. An operator phoned me and said that it was not logged for a return, but it was. I then received an email that the return was logged once again.

This was 8 May. I am still waiting on my refund! I did not receive the refund AND they have the stock!
