Refund still pending after waiting period has elapsed

I place an order on the 4th of April 2025 and the order was subsequently cancelled due to the product not being in stock anymore and my money was supposed to be refunded with 2-10 days period.

I’m writing this on the 25th of April 2025 and I’ve still not received my refund after sending countless of emails and calls and sending the necessary documents required.

I am beyond disappointed with how this issue is being handled for such a big establishment , the customer service is nonexistent.
