Refund still outstanding
Laid a complaint against Makro with the Consumer Ombudsman Reference Id-J9EMPXPD because they didn't pay refund for items that were out of stock. If you have similar issues just log a complaint at http://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/

26 May 2023, 11:28Got an email that the money was paid to my account this morning. Why did I first have to report you guys before you paid the credit that you already approved 15 pays ago? I hope other people learn from this. Don't let companies like Makro bully you. There are institutions available that will help you fight back against greed and immoral business practices.
