REFUND STILL NOT RECEIVED MORE THAN A MONTH LATER!!!!!!!!
I am still waiting to be refunded for an item i returned on 29 June!!!!!! The branch say Head Office will refund me within 7 working days (this was on Friday 26 JULY - and the response on Hello Peter was that I was refunded on 29 June. Clearly they dont know the difference between confirmation of an item being returned and the money being returned to the customer

HOW HARD IS IT TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR AN ITEM RETURNED ON 29 JUNE???????????????
Even a ****a shop would have been able to do it within a month - so the fact that MORE THAN A MONTH LATER MAKRO has failed to credit my account indicates that they HAD NO INTENTION OF REFUNDING ME - they are just delaying and delaying and delaying with different excuses every day so that they can benefit from the intere3st being earned on MY money.
