Refund since March

I haven't recueved my refund since March l keep sending the samw documents my ref MAK***. I hate makroR2000.00 it a lot of money the service is bad. I went to makro today but they don't have proper feedback. I'm being ****** by a big company, they saw on the system that the order was cancelled but they cant refund my money. Makro is not reliable the service is bad,you keep calling everyday but no one will help you even the supervisors.
