Refund refusal - MAK***.
I bought a headboard in April 2025 via Makro online and Makro is refusing with my refund. It was a struggle to get them to collect it. 4 months latter, I've been asked to send bank statement and ID, to date I have not received the refund.
When I follow up I'm told about finance department and stories that have nothing to do with me.
Please don't buy from them. Its a nightmare to follow-up and nothing get done.
