REFUND REFUSAL

I purchased a side by side door Defy fridge (R10 999 promotion)at Makro (Massmart) on the 01/05/26.The sale was smooth until it wasn't.They delivered the fridge 2days after the purchase date and it's safe to say I was livid after seeing the condition of the fridge.It was clearly the same one I saw on the shop floor (demo).I know that cause I saw the same chip when I was at the store and specifically told the sale assistant if they bring the fridge on the floor I would know as I have inspected the demo on the floor.So they wanted to test me and brought the demo.I called them to return the fridge and swap it with the Hisense side by side fridge that was R10 799 which they did.The now refuse to refund the me R200 difference into my account.They say I will get a credit voucher that I will have to use in-store.I DID NOT BUY MY FRIDGE WITH A VOUCHER!!!I GIVE THEM 1 STAR.BAD SERVICE FOR A NEW STORE IN EAST LONDON,EASTERN CAPE.
