Refund - product out stock

Worst customer service experience ever. The consultants are rude and keep you waiting on the line for over 30 minutes each time you call. I placed an order, only for it to be canceled later because the item was supposedly out of stock. When I requested a refund, I was told about a 7–14 day processing policy. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and made several calls, but I keep receiving conflicting feedback. 🤔
