Refund pending
I bought apple watch straps from Marko online on 2023 November 28.my oder was cancelled due to no stock available. I got a message from Makro that I will get my money back with 7-14 days.however it's 2024 19 January I'm still fighting to get my money. They telling me to send my baking details of which I did that on December.im not happy at all.

19 Jan 2024, 20:26I don't know why I must provide my Makro card number because this was a online transactions. A makro card number wasn't required when I made this payment. At 1st I was told that my refund was rejected, of which I don't know how,then I was told to forward my banking details along with my ID copy. I did that so they will refund me.but still nothing.now I'm told to send my Makro card number,of which I don't understand why.
