Refund online shopping at Makro not good

I bought a has stove that was not registered with the SAQCC and LPGSA.

Must have FFDs (Flaim failure devices ) send return online 14 February ordered it 28 returned said will pick up return in progress it's 13 March no help I know there are allot of visually impaired I am myself it's difficult to call and still they don't care.
