Refund of the heater that I didn't get since September

THIS STORE IS JUST A ****... After iv wrote about the refund that they refused to give me since September a guy called PETER from MAKRO called me to tell me his gona attend to the matter asap then he also said he will call me back by Tuesday (05-12-23)to tell me what's happening with my money but he never did call even I haven't heard anything from them
