Refund of R799 for a wrong item that was delivered.

I want to express the dissatisfaction I have received from Macro online stores and call centre agent goes by the name lebohang .I called in regarding my refund and I provided her tho return number , she did not help me and instead she hung up the phone on me. All I want from Macro is my refund of R799 which its been pending for approval and the worse part is none of your people is willing to assist. Furthermore,I have been denied supervisor ever since I started calling. If you may @Macro give me my refund back i would appreciate. Because I am tired dealing with your unprofessional Agents like Lebohang.
