Refund of a incorrect and incomplete cutlery set

Order number MAK*** - I ordered a 24 piece stainless cutlery set. They delivered the incorrect and incomplete set. I logged a call with them and made numerous phone calls to them I was not getting help until coming here on hello Peter only then i received a call from them. Finally they fletch the incorrect set until today I haven’t received my refund of R599.00 + delivery fee they keep sending emails that the supplier is still doing a review.
