Refund not recieved

I have returned the faulty microwave to Makro,and I was supposed to be refunded however,to date I have not received the refund, no communication, nothing. I sent my daughter to the store at Montague Gardens last week to return the ring and the plate. Since then nothing has been said or done. Makro has *********** staff who are not customer oriented. Their service is becoming worse by day.😡😡
