Refund not received from Makro!

I bought an Item online on Black Friday.. it took two weeks for them to deliver it. After sending countless emails and calling repeatedly.

I eventually cancelled my order as I felt that these people are not doing a proper job I communicating with me or tell me what the developments are.

I still have not received my refund. They called and said that they will refund me.. it’s now once again two weeks!

I want my money back and I want a proof of payment stating that the funds have been returned. I’ll further escalate the matter to ombudsman
