Refund not received for weeks

Makro is the worst when it comes to refunds. They firstly cancelled my order without communication as to what is the issue when I really needed my package and processed a refund. Their online team we take 4 hours to respond back I’m still waiting for a refund from a last months order how fair is that on the customer?? After hounding for my refund they expect me to wait a further 14 days
